Rachel Ugolik, Providence, Jr., F
Ugolik totaled seven points over two games, including two unassisted goals during regulation at Boston College before assisting on Catherine Zimmerman’s double-overtime game-winner in the 101st minute. The victory marked PC’s first win over BC since 1993 and just the third win in the 28-game all-time series. The junior also scored a goal in a 2-1 win over local foe Brown three days prior.

Morgan Proffitt, Marquette, Jr., D
Proffitt was named the Marquette Invitational Most Valuable Defensive Player after leading the Golden Eagles to a 1-0-1 record against a pair of 2014 NCAA Tournament teams. MU outshot its opponents 51-13 and held a 16-2 advantage in corners against Northern Arizona and South Dakota State. The junior and the Golden Eagle ‘D’ limited NAU to just one goal after the Lumberjacks scored a combined eight over their two previous contests. Proffitt also scored the game-tying goal in the 51st minute against South Dakota State.
