Seton Hall 84, St. Francis NY 50
Behind an all-time offensive performance, Seton Hall (6-1) won its fourth-straight with an 84-50 victory over St. Francis Brooklyn (2-5) on Saturday afternoon at Walsh Gymnasium. The Pirates shot a blistering 60.7 percent from the floor, the fifth-best mark in a game in program history and best since 1998. Taylor Brown led all scorers with 17 points and was nearly perfect from the floor in an 8-for-9 performance, while JaQuan Jackson added 16 including four 3-pointers. In total, eight Pirates recorded at least seven points in the win.

Brown 64, Providence 59
Providence fell to Brown University, 64-59, in the opening game of the Second Annual Ocean State Tip-Off Tournament at Alumni Hall. The Friars, who entered the tournament on a four-game win streak, fell to 5-3 on the year. The Bears improved to 6-1 with the victory. Brown led the game for all but 46-seconds of the action. Providence led briefly in the first quarter (4-3), but the Bears used a 12-2 run to take a 15-6 lead with 1:20 left on the clock in the opening quarter. Maddie Jolin finished the game with 16 points and a team-high nine boards for Providence. Ny-Asia Franklin contributed 14 points.

RV/RV Green Bay 63, 23/23 Marquette 55
Marquette was unable to recover from its slow start and fell to host Green Bay, 63-55. The Golden Eagles (3-3) finished with three players in double-figures, led by Amani Wilborn who notched 18 points on 5-of-7 shooting. Green Bay, which received votes in the most recent AP poll, held Marquette to fewer than 83 points for the first time this year. The Phoenix (6-1) are holding opponents to just over 50 points per game on the season. MU trimmed a once 19-point margin down to six in the final minutes of regulation thanks to a 19-point fourth quarter, but five straight points by Green Bay put the game just out of reach.
