Rydstrand had three assists in a 2-0 week for the Bluejays, who clinched the BIG EAST regular-season title outright and conference tournament No. 1 seed. In Wednesday’s 2-1 win over Marquette, the senior was credited with helpers on both scores, while at DePaul on Saturday Rydstrand dished on Bryce Gibson’s game winner in the 62
nd minute.

Patrick Seagrist, Marquette, Jr., D
Seagrist led the Golden Eagles in a 1-1 week to clinch a berth in the BIG EAST Championship. The only goal MU surrendered on Sunday at Butler was a penalty kick, while the junior defender assisted on Josh Coan’s 37
th-minute game-winner to solidify Marquette’s spot in the conference tournament.
BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week
Lenny Wilson, St. John’s, Sr., GK
Wilson went 1-0-1 as the Red Storm clinched a BIG EAST Championship berth. He made eight saves in a 1-1 draw at Villanova on Wednesday before denying seven shots in Saturday’s shutout victory at No. 24 Georgetown. For the week the senior averaged a .938 save percentage and 0.45 goals against average with 15 total saves.
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
CJ Tibbling, Seton Hall, Fr., F
Tibbling scored a goal in each outing last week for the Pirates. In Wednesday’s win at Butler, the rookie scored the game-tying goal in the 46
th minute, and gave the Pirates a first-half lead against Xavier on Saturday. He tied for the BIG EAST lead with four points last week.

Coan had three points in a 1-1 week for the Golden Eagles, highlighted by the game-winning goal at Butler on Sunday to clinch a BIG EAST Championship berth.
Simen Hestnes, Xavier, Sr., M
Hestnes scored the 97
th-minute golden goal at Seton Hall on Saturday as the Musketeers remained in contention for a BIG EAST Championship berth. The victory gave XU a two-point lead in the standings over DePaul for the final spot in the conference tournament.
Colin Miller, Providence, R-Sr., GK
In a 1-1 week for the Friars, Miller totaled six saves, including five against No. 24 Georgetown, while picking up a shutout win over Villanova on Saturday. Providence clinched a spot in the BIG EAST Championship and is guaranteed to host, either a semifinal or first round match.

Simonsen’s week was highlighted by scoring the game-winning goal at No. 24 Georgetown on Saturday as the Red Storm clinched a spot in the BIG EAST Championship. He took two shots against the Hoyas and played all 110 minutes in Wednesday’s draw at Villanova.
