BIG EAST Attack Player of the Week
Jake Carraway, Georgetown, Jr. A (Annapolis, Md.)

Georgetown junior attacker Jake Carraway  totaled 16 points in a 2-0 week for the Hoyas. He opened the week with five goals, including a pair in EMO, and two assists in a 18-6 midweek victory over Furman. At Fairfield on Saturday, Carraway got a stick on nine of the Hoyas’ 19 goals in the 19-6 win with four goals and five assists. The nine point performance was a career-high. His offensive performance was done during just six of eight quarters of play for the week. His statline also included six ground balls and two caused turnovers.
 
BIG EAST Midfielder of the Week
James Reilly, Georgetown, Fr., FOGO (Berwyn, Pa.)
Georgetown rookie James Reilly went 21-of-37 (.568) from the faceoff X this week, helping the Hoyas to back-to-back wins this week. Against Furman, he went 11-for-17 with five ground balls. Reilly added another five ground balls at Fairfield while going 10-for-20 from the X. Reilly also scored his first career goal against the Stags.
 
BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Owen McElroy, Georgetown, So., G (Ridgewood, N.J.)
Georgetown sophomore keeper Owen McElroy had a 2-0 record in net this week with 12 saves, three ground balls a 6.52 goals against average and a .571 save percentage.  McElroy allowed just nine goals in two games. McElroy opened the week with six saves to just three goals against Furman, holding the Paladins scoreless in the second quarter and for nearly 29 minutes of action. He played just three quarters against Fairfield. McElroy had another six saves and held off the Stags from scoring the entire first quarter.
 
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Declan McDermott, Georgetown, Fr., M (Pleasantville, N.Y.)
Georgetown rookie Declan McDermott opened the Hoyas’ 2-0 week with a career day, scoring two goals to go with two assists for four points against Furman. He had the eventual “game-winning” goal and an EMO against the Paladins. Against Fairfield, the midfielder notched a goal and an assist in the 19-6 victory.
 
BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll
Noah Richard, Marquette, Sr., LSM
Richard picked up four ground balls, caused four turnovers and added an assist on Saturday in the 7-5 loss to Cleveland State. In the past week, Richard has been named a Senior CLASS Award candidate and selected third in the MLL Draft.
Nick Hatzipetrakos, Providence, Sr., A
Hatzipetrakos scored four goals in the 9-8 loss at Harvard. Two of his goals came in a fourth-quarter rally to bring the Friars from down 9-3 to the 9-8 final. He has had a hat trick or better in five consecutive games for the Friars.
Connor Kirst, Villanova, Jr., M
In Villanova’s two games over the weekend, Kirst finished with 12 points (9 goals, 3 assists). In the 13-11 loss to Penn, Kirst scored four times and assisted three goals. In the 15-10 loss to Drexel, Kirst scored five goals.
