Michaela Bruno, Georgetown, Jr., A
Bruno tallied six points off four goals and two assists in a 1-1 week for the Hoyas. The junior led No. 22/RV Georgetown to a 20-11 win over UC Davis with two goals, two assists, a ground ball and caused turnover on Sunday, after scoring two goals off three shots against then-No. 11/16 Loyola (Md.) on Wednesday.

Francesca Whitehurst, Georgetown, Sr., M
Whitehurst stuffed the stat sheet in a 1-1 week for No. 22/RV Georgetown. The senior tallied seven points off five goals and two assists, nine draw controls, two ground balls and two caused turnovers. In GU’s win over UC Davis on Sunday, Whitehurst went off for five goals and an assist, along with seven draws.
 
BIG EAST Defensive Player and Freshman Of The Week
Alexa Moro, Villanova, Fr., GK
Moro sweeps top rookie and defensive honors after picking up her sixth win of the season in the cage for the Wildcats. The freshman goalkeeper made 11 saves, facing 26 shots and posting a .524 save percentage as Villanova won at Columbia, 11-10 in overtime.

Johnson posted four goals off seven shots, along with eight draw controls and a caused turnover in the Monarch’s setback at Liberty on Friday.
Ashley Lynch, Villanova, Jr., A
Lynch totaled four points off three assists and a goal in the Wildcats’ 11-10 win at Columbia on Tuesday. She added two ground balls.
Devin Hassinger, Villanova, R-Sr., M
Hassinger was key to keeping the ball in the hands of the Wildcats in Tuesday’s 11-10 win at Columbia as the redshirt senior won 10 draws on the afternoon. She added a goal, two ground balls and two caused turnovers in the victory.
