Meaghan Nally led the 13th-ranked Hoyas to a pair of shutouts last week to claim top defensive honors.

BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Macy Miller, Butler, Sr., F
Miller scored her first goal of the season in the Bulldogs’ 2-1 victory over Northern Kentucky. Miller’s goal was the equalizer in the second period to put the game at 1-1 and sparked the comeback. She then assisted Aliya Diagne on the game-winning goal later in the half. Miller has tallied an assist in three of four games this season. Miller’s three-point single-game tally was a BIG EAST-high last week.
 
BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Meaghan Nally, Georgetown, Sr., D
Nally led the 13th-ranked Hoyas to a pair of shutouts last week, including holding 10th-ranked Duke off the board for 110 minutes on their home turf. Georgetown also scored a 2-0 win over Bucknell on Sunday, limiting the visiting Bison to just three shots to outshoot their two opponents on the week by a combined 33-13 margin. Just five shots landed on target for GU opponents last week.
 
BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week
Maddy Henry, Marquette, Sr., GK
Henry had a stellar week in net for the Golden Eagles, posting 15 saves against a pair of Big Ten foes, including 10 in Sunday’s overtime win over Michigan. The senior denied five shots Thursday’s 1-0 overtime setback at No. 15 Wisconsin, including four in the second half to help send the scoreless game into overtime. In Sunday’s shutout double-overtime victory over the Wolverines, Henry was tested throughout the contest, making four saves per half and two in bonus time. She finished the week with a 0.45 goals against average, 15 saves and .938 save percentage.
 
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Harpa Johannsdottir, Seton Hall, Fr., GK
Johannsdottir collected her first career shutout victory as the Pirates bested Lafayette on Thursday, 1-0. The rookie played all 90 minutes in net for The Hall, making two saves to preserve the victory. The win was the first for new Seton Hall head coach Ciara Crinion.
 
BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll
Katie Sullivan, Creighton, So., GK
Sullivan posted one shutout and allowed just one goal to RV Clemson. She collected a combined 12 saves, while facing 24 shots. In the 1-0 win over South Dakota State on Thursday, Sullivan preserved the win with a pair of one-on-one saves in the second half, including one in the final minute of play. Against Clemson the sophomore collected eight saves on 17 shots.
Morgan Turner, DePaul, Jr., F
Turner led the Blue Demons to their first win of the season, notching the game-winning goal in the 58th minute at Dayton on Sunday.
Kylie Sprecher, Marquette, Jr., F
Sprecher scored the golden goal against Michigan on Sunday to give Marquette its first win of the season. The junior notched the impressive score in the 108th minute.
Elayna Grillakis, Providence, So., F
Grillakis buried the golden goal in the 91st minute against Hartford on Thursday, giving the Friars the 1-0 win. She had four shots on the night and added one at RV Rutgers on Sunday.
Zsani Kajan, St. John’s, R-Jr., F
Kajan led the Red Storm to their first win of the season, scoring the game winner in golden goal fashion against Yale on Friday. The redshirt-junior booted the winner in the 105th minute to give St. John’s the 2-1 win.
