The Bulldogs (4-1-0) jumped on the scoreboard in the 19th minute, as reigning BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week Macy Miller set up Anja Savich for Butler's first goal. Miller netted her own goal in the 27th, off an assist from Katie Soderstrom, putting the Bulldogs up 2-0. The score would remain there through halftime and several minutes of aggressive play by both teams. Butler sealed the deal with one final goal, as Soderstrom got an easy set-up from Gretchen Skoglund to make the score 3-0. The Bulldogs defense worked to limit the Spartans to two shots-on-goal and six shots total, deflecting and blocking a majority, as Stephanie Rodriguez tallied two saves.

Marquette 1, Minnesota 0
Josie Kelderman scored her first collegiate goal in the 42nd minute of a 1-0 victory over Minnesota. Kelderman settled an Emily Hess set piece at the top of the 18-yard box and ripped the shot to the right upper 90 past Minnesota goalkeeper Maddie Nielsen. The win is the second in a row over a Big Ten opponent for the Golden Eagles (2-3-0), who downed Michigan, 1-0, in double overtime on Sunday. Marquette was outshot 13-4 for the game, but reigning BIG EAST Conference Goalkeeper of the Week Maddy Henry made nine saves in net for her 21st career shutout.

Villanova 1, Delaware 0
Sam Rosette knocked home what proved to be the game-winning goal in the 14th minute. Chloe O'Neill connected with Rosette for the feed to notch her second assist as the Wildcats improve to 2-2-1 overall. Goalkeeper Hensley Hancuff had the defensive play of the game in the final minute of the game when she made a diving save to record the shutout. Hancuff finished with two saves and VU outshot Delaware 12-11.

Hannah McNulty scored in the 103rd minute to seal the win. Ava Brandt played a ball into the box, which bounced around until McNulty played it off a defender and in. McNulty's goal was her second of the season and 15th of her career. Shelby Hogan captured her second shutout of the season, making six saves, as Providence improved to 3-2-0 on the year.

Stony Brook 1, St. John’s 0 (OT)
Playing in overtime in the third time in the last five outings, St. John’s fell 1-0 at Stony Brook despite a career-best 11 saves from Naya Lipkens. Stony Brook (4-1-0) outshot the Red Storm (1-4-0) by a 20-3 margin and recorded 11 corner kicks to the Johnnies' seven. The Seawolves broke through in the 93rd minute with a golden goal from Alyssa Francese to seal their victory over the Red Storm.

The Hoyas gave up a goal in each half, falling to 2-2-1 on the season while Virginia continues its 5-0 unbeaten streak. Virginia outshot GU 11-6, but the Blue & Gray only allowed UVA to take three shots in the second half compared to eight in the first half. Anna Leat recorded four saves for Georgetown. Paula Germino-Watnick created the most opportunities for GU on the evening and took a team high of three shots. The Hoyas allowed two goals from the Cavaliers, the least amount of goals UVA has scored in a match all season.
