2020 All-BIG EAST Team 

NEW YORK –
 Eighty-four swimming & diving student-athletes were named to the All-BIG EAST team on Wednesday after their performances at the BIG EAST Swimming and Diving Championships presented by Jeep at Nassau County Aquatic Center in East Meadow, N.Y.
 
The ALL-BIG EAST squad is comprised of BIG EAST competitors who finished in the top three in any individual or relay event at the championships.
 
Forty-eight women and 36 men complete the list of honorees. A total of 54 student-athletes – 28 women, 26 men – earned all-conference for multiple events.
 
Three women received all-conference honors in seven events: Kelly Montesi and Milly Routledge of Villanova and Xavier’s Emily Conners.
 
On the men’s side, Georgetown’s Drew Carbone and Seton Hall’s Ben LaClair collected seven all-conference accolades. Six men picked up five All-BIG EAST honors including Michael Baldini (Georgetown), Sean Devlin (Georgetown), Thomas Minar (Seton Hall), Brandon Abboud (Xavier), Alexander Sironen (Xavier) and Christian Thomas (Xavier).
 
On the women’s side, Villanova, the 12-time BIG EAST champions, had a conference-best 15 student-athletes on the all-conference team. Runner-up Georgetown had 14 honorees.
 
For the men, BIG EAST champion Xavier had a league-high 10 all-conference honorees. Georgetown and Seton Hall both saw nine student-athletes named to the All-BIG EAST team.
