Butler, DePaul, Georgetown and St. John’s pick up this week’s honors.

BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Jenna Menta, Georgetown, Sr., F
Menta was the BIG EAST’s points leader last week, leading the Hoyas to wins over UConn and Seton Hall with two goals and an assist. The senior forward scored both goals in Georgetown’s 2-1 home win over the Huskies on Thursday, including the 96th minute golden goal, before providing a helper on Gia Vicari’s game winner in Sunday’s 3-0 win at Seton Hall.

BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Sydney Parker, DePaul, Jr., D
Parker anchored a back line that allowed just two shots on goal and four total strikes in a win over Butler on Sunday, marking the Bulldogs’ first setback of the season. The Blue Demons are the first team to shutout the Bulldogs this year as well. The Blue Demons were able to defend a one-goal lead for the entire second half, allowing just one Butler shot in the match’s final 45 minutes.

BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week
Stephanie Rodriguez, Butler, R-Jr., GK
Rodriguez posted the top goals against average (0.50) and save percentage (.923) among goalkeepers with multiple game appearances last week. The redshirt-junior picked up the clean sheet win at Creighton on Thursday with eight saves, before making four stops in a narrow 1-0 setback at DePaul on Sunday. Rodriguez’s 6.0 saves per game ranked second among BIG EAST keepers last week, while the goal allowed was her first in nearly three weeks.

In the Red Storm’s lone game of the week, Collins tallied a goal and assist as St. John’s registered a 2-2 overtime draw with Villanova on Sunday.
