NEW YORK -- The BIG EAST Conference has announced the sites and dates of its 2021 BIG EAST Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships Presented by Jeep.

The women’s championship will be held April 23-25 at the Club at Gateway in Fort Myers, Fla.  The men’s championship will be held April 26-28 at the Streamsong Resort in Bowling Green, Fla.

“The BIG EAST is excited to have our men’s and women’s student-athletes be able to compete at two outstanding Florida golf venues,” said Chris Schneider, Executive Associate Commissioner, Administration and Championships.  “We expect exciting competition at both championships.”

The men’s championship consists of 10 institutions: Butler, Connecticut, Creighton, DePaul, Georgetown, Marquette, St. John’s, Seton Hall, Villanova and Xavier.

The women’s championship consists of the six schools: Butler, Creighton, Georgetown, St. John’s, Seton Hall and Xavier.
The last BIG EAST golf championships were held in 2019.  Marquette is the defending men’s champion and Xavier is the defending women’s champion.
