BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Aida Kardovic, Creighton, R-So., M
Kardovic scored two goals in a 2-0-0 week for the Bluejays. The redshirt-sophomore converted both penalty kick opportunities in victories at Marquette and over DePaul, while totaling five shots in each contest. Kardovic was also credited with an assist on Ansley Atkinson’s 92nd-minute golden goal at Marquette on Thursday. The wins kept Creighton in contention for a BIG EAST Championship berth.
BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week
Megan McClay, Villanova, Jr., GK
McClay kept the nation’s No. 2 ranked team North Carolina off the scoreboard for nearly 85 minutes on Thursday afternoon. The junior made five saves and did not allow a goal, playing 84:45 in the cage.
BIG EAST Defensive Player and Freshman of the Week
Madison Radke, Creighton, Fr., D
Radke was impactful on both sides of the pitch last week, helping to limit Creighton opponents to just three shots on goal as the Bluejays went 2-0-0 with wins over Marquette and DePaul. Creighton outshot its two foes 36-13, including 18-3 on target, and outscored the two by a 4-2 margin. Radke added a flair of offense, assisting on Lea Høiness’ 69
th-minute game winner against DePaul on Sunday.

Bina Saipi, DePaul, R-Sr., M – scored an early goal in the Blue Demons’ 2-1 loss to Creighton on Sunday, giving her goals in back-to-back matches
Lucy Cappadona, UConn, Fr., M - double-overtime golden goal at Seton Hall on Saturday for the 2-1 win
