BIG EAST Male Athlete of the Week
Kevin Cary, Sr., Seton Hall (West Chester, PA)
Cary picked up five event wins in the final two weeks of the regular season. In the Pirates’ 143.5-97.5 victory over Villanova, the senior touched the wall first in the 200 (1:39.22) and 100 freestyle (45.15) events and contributed to the winning 200 free relay team. His time in the 200 free set a Villanova Swim Complex pool record. At Georgetown, Cary captured the 200 free (1:37.1) and 200 IM (1:50.42) while finishing second in the 100 free (44.57).
