Four Unbeatens Remain
Four BIG EAST teams remains unbeaten: Cincinnati (4-0), Pittsburgh (4-0), Louisville (3-0) and Syracuse (2-0).  Syracuse and Pittsburgh play Wednesday, The Panthers take on No. 4/4 Michigan on ESPN2 in the NIT Season Tip-Off held at Madison Square Garden. Syracuse hosts Princeton at the Carrier Dome. 
 
Turkey Day Not Just For Football
Although watching football games on Thanksgiving Day is an American tradition, BIG EAST hoops fans can enjoy one helping of action Thursday as No. 2 ranked Louisville plays Northern Iowa (3-0) on the NBC Sports Network at 9:30 p.m. ET in the first round of the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas.  The Cardinals will meet No. 13/14 Missouri or Stanford in the second round on Friday.  
 
Knocking Off Ranked Teams
BIG EAST teams have already notched three wins against ranked opponents.  Connecticut defeated No. 14/14 Michigan State 66-62 in its season opener Nov. 9 at a military base in Germany.  Two days later, Syracuse beat No. 20/20 San Diego State 62-49 in a game played on the USS Midway in San Diego.  This past Monday, Georgetown took down No. 11/13 UCLA 78-70 in the Legends Classic in Brooklyn, N.Y.
 
Cincinnati Scoring Big
Although it's just four games into the season, Cincinnati has put up some impressive scoring numbers, averaging a league-leading 91.5 points per game. The Bearcats cracked the century mark in a 102-60 win over Mississippi Valley State on Nov. 13. In a matchup of undefeated teams Friday night, Cincinnati takes on high-scoring Iowa State (4-0) in the Global Sports Challenge In Las Vegas.
