Men's Lacrosse Minute: Notre Dame has Offensive Outbreak

• Notre Dame junior attackman John Scioscia tallied six goals and one assist to lead the Irish to a 17-5 win against Marquette on Tuesday at Loyola Academy. The game was the first-ever meeting between the two programs. The six goals from Scioscia, who entered the contest with two career tallies, were the most for a Notre Dame player since Ryan Hoff had six against Ohio State during the 2009 campaign. Notre Dame's 17 goals were the most for the Irish since a 19-7 win over Dartmouth in 2009.
• Providence dropped a 13-6 decision at No. 16/16 Yale on April 2. The loss snapped the Friars' two game winning streak. Freshman attackman Kevin Blair led the Friar effort with two goals.
