STORRS, Conn. - The Marquette women's basketball team (xx) fell on the road to Connecticut, 94-37 on Tuesday night at Gampel Pavilion.

The Golden Eagles were led by freshman Brooklyn Pumroy with 11 points.

Pumroy had five points in the first half, while Arlesia Morse and Sarina Simmons had each knocked down one three apiece. MU converted 6-30 (20%) field goals in the first stanza. The Huskies shot 22-35 (62.9%) from the field and hit 10- three-point shots.

The Golden Eagles continue a three-game road swing on Sunday as they travel to Villanova. Tip-off is slated for 1 p.m. CT at The Pavilion.
