NEW YORK, N.Y. - The BIG EAST Conference and WestwoodOne have entered into a two-year radio rights and content agreement for men’s and women’s basketball, BIG EAST Commissioner Val Ackerman and WestwoodOne Sports Executive Vice President Howard Deneroff announced today.
