As part of a production agreement with ESPN, the St. John's University Television Network (SJU-TV) will produce six St. John's women's soccer games this fall that will be carried live in H.D. to more than 85 million homes on ESPN3.
"We are very grateful to the production staffs at St. John's and ESPN3 for the opportunity to showcase our team to both a national and international audience," remarked head coach Ian Stone. "Our student-athletes worked tremendously hard both on and off the field to represent St. John's in a first class."
A total of 20 live games will be produced by SJU-TV for ESPN3 in the fall season, including six women's soccer games, seven men's soccer games and seven women's volleyball games.
The women's soccer ESPN3 schedule included the season-opening weekend against Delaware (Aug. 23) and Fordham (Aug. 25) and the upcoming games against North Dakota State (Sept. 1), Dartmouth (Sept. 20), and the BIG EAST-opening weekend against Xavier (Sept. 26) and Creighton (Sept. 29).
The remaining three home games against Villanova (Oct. 12), Seton Hall (Oct. 26) and DePaul (Nov. 2) be carried live on RedStormSports.com, the official website of St. John's Athletics through StormTracker All-Access.
SJU-TV live-game productions feature four- or five-camera H.D. broadcasts with full graphics integration, instant replay, and both a play-by-play announcer and color analyst to give fans a high-quality viewing experience.

SJU-TV is St. John's University's broadcast platform, which generates live and on-demand content for St. John's Athletics. Content produced by SJU-TV has appeared on RedStormSports.com - the official athletics website of St. John's University - as well as third-party outlets, including ESPN3, SNY and CBS Sports Network. SJU-TV produced a total of 110 live events in 2012-13, including 60 that were distributed by ESPN3.
ESPN3 is ESPN's live multi-screen sports network, a destination that delivers thousands of exclusive sports events annually. It is accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app and streamed on televisions through ESPN on Xbox LIVE to Gold members and Apple TV. The network is currently available to more than 85 million homes at no additional cost to fans who receive their high-speed Internet connection or video subscription from an affiliated service provider.
