Rutgers improved to 23-15 overall with a 4-0 win against Princeton. They used a three-run second inning to propell them to their third-straight win.
Connecticut earned a 3-0 win over Hartford to improve to 17-16. Senior Marissa Guches led the team offensively with two RBI and one run scored.
Villanova scored five runs in the top half of the first inning to claim a 9-0 win against Princeton. The Wildcats are 15-20 overall with the win. It was their second win against the Quackers this year, taking a 7-1 decision March 2.
BIG EAST teams are off today and return to the field tomorrow. All games on Saturday's schedule are doubleheaders. There are a total of 19 games this weekend.
