BIG EAST Player of the Week

Abbie Fleener, DePaul, RS, So.
Fleener helped DePaul continue its undefeated start, which has reached a program record 12-0. She led the Blue Demons to a 3-0 record last week at the SIUE Cougar Invitational, while earning all-tournament honors for the second time in as many weeks. Fleener hit .370 in the three matches, while recording 36 kills and just nine errors. The Blue Demons have matched their win total from the 2012 season.

BIG EAST Rookie of the Week

Autumn Bailey, Marquette, OH, Fr.
Bailey hit .312 while helping the Golden Eagles to a 2-1 mark in a match at Green Bay and a pair of contests in the Marquette Invitational. She posted a match-high 11 kills and hit .611 against Green Bay. Had 10 kills and 13 digs in a loss to No. 4 Florida and averaged a team-best 3.56 kills per set over the week..

BIG EAST Honor Roll

Michelle Sicner, Creighton, S, Jr.
Averaged 8.85 assists, 2.54 digs, 1.38 kills and 1.23 blocks while helping the Bluejays to a 2-1 mark at the Shocker Volleyball Classic.

Lindsey Gosh, Marquette, RS, Jr.
Averaged 2.78 kills and 1.11 service aces per set while hitting .386 in wins against Green Bay and Milwaukee and a loss to No. 4 Florida. Notched a team-best 4.61 points per set on the week.

Aleksandra Wachowicz, St. John's, OH, Jr.
Named most valuable player at the Bryant Invitational. In a 3-1 week, she had 4.20 kills per set and 5.17 points per frame. The Red Storm defeated Stony Brook, UMass-Lowell and Bryant in the tournament before losing at Northeastern in a single match on Sunday.

Shelbey Manthorpe, Seton Hall, S, Jr.
Helped the Pirates to a 3-1 week by hitting .443 and being named All-Cavalier Classic. She had triple-doubles in wins over Princeton and Columbia.

Lauren Carpenter, Villanova, So., OH
In a 4-0 week, hit .312 and averaged 3.94 kills per set. Was named All-Villanova Classic while helping the Wildcats to a perfect week. Had a match-high 24 kills against Penn on Saturday.
