The Bulldogs scored three second half goals to defeat the Indiana State Sycamores 3-0 on Thursday night. Serina Kashimoto ended the contest with two goals and an assist and sophomore Halle Stelbasky came up with her first goal of the season in the lopsided victory. Kashimoto found the back of the net from distance to put BU on the scoreboard (58:09). The senior fired a shot from 29 yards out, beating the keeper to the left side. San Roman made four stops for the Sycamores, while Butler's Hannah Luedtke walked away with the shutout for BU by recording three saves.

The Friars' took the lead in the 67th minute when Casey Estey beat the final defender to go one-versus-one with the goalkeeper. Kayla Steeves cleared the ball from the defensive third to Pellegrini who headed the ball to Estey who finished the goal. The goal marks Estey's first goal of the season. The Friars finished the match with 13 shots to the Bears' nine. Kristyn Shea recorded four saves during the match to Etzel's two stops. The victory marks Shea's 18th shutout of her career and fourth consecutive blanking overall.

Seton Hall 2, Albany 1 (OT)
For the second time in her young career, freshman Siobhan McGovern (Cranford, N.J.) provided an overtime golden goal winner on the road for the Seton Hall women's soccer team (3-3-0). On Thursday night at Tom & Mary Casey Stadium, McGovern's strike came in the 93rd minute to seal a 2-1 comeback victory at Albany (2-5-0). Down 1-0 with less than 15 minutes to go in regulation, The Hall found an equalizer by way of the first career goal from Lauren Hall (Bridgewater, N.J.) to level the contest in the 77th minute. That tally led to overtime, where McGovern was able to unleash her heroics for the second time this season. The freshman also notched a golden goal winner on Aug. 22 at Army West Point.

RV/20 Georgetown 4, George Mason 1
Crystal Thomas scored two goals late in the first half and the Georgetown women's soccer team added two more goals in the second half en route to a 4-1 win over George Mason in Fairfax, Va. on Thursday night. The Hoyas had opportunities in the first half, but did not connect until the 35th minute when Thomas scored her second goal of the season at 35:26, tapping in a rebound following a corner kick from junior midfielder Rachel Corboz. Thomas added her second goal of the game in the 44th minute, when Corboz fed her and she hit a shot into the upper right corner from just inside the 18-yard line.
