Down three with 15 seconds left in the first overtime, Jaylyn Agnew drained a three from the top of the key to send the game into a second overtime period, where Olivia Elger scored five decisive points to lead the visiting Bluejays past Providence. Creighton (15-9, 9-5 BIG EAST) found itself in extra periods for the sixth time this season and third time with at least two overtime frames. Agnew finished with a game-high 33 points, while Providence (9-17, 2-12) was sparked by Jovana Nogic’s 27 points and Maddie Jolin’s 18 boards. Neither team led by more than eight in a game which saw 17 ties and 17 lead changes.
