Stonewall goes for 23 and 12 as No. 18/20 DePaul cruises past Miami (Ohio) in Preseason WNIT

No. 18/20 DePaul 98, Miami (OH) 79
An aggressive Chatne Stonewall led all scorers with 23 points and all rebounders with 12 while also contributing five steals and shooting 11-of-14 from the field in a game that wasn't nearly as close as the final score. Jolene Daninger, who sat out her first year with an injury and played sparingly last season, posted career highs in points with 14, field goals with four and rebounds with four. Miami led for just 26 seconds before DePaul took over, leading by as many as 33 thanks to a 30-point third quarter. The Blue Demons’ Preseason WNIT Second Round opponent will be determined today as Drexel and Davidson face off at 2 p.m. ET.
