16/16 DePaul reaches century mark again and -/RV Creighton rallies for the win on Saturday.

16/16 DePaul 105, Alabama State 76 
After three consecutive road games over the span of 11 days, No. 16/16 DePaul got back on familiar ground and responded with a 105-76 victory over Alabama State Saturday at Wintrust Arena. The Blue Demons' seventh win in a row improving their record to 9-1 was their first chance to play to a partisan crowd since a win over Milwaukee nearly three weeks ago. Deja Church and Marisa Warren paced seven Blue Demons in double figures with 16 points apiece. It was a DePaul career high for Church and an overall career high for Warren.

-/RV Creighton 56, Wichita State 46 
Down 33-24 with just over two minutes left in the third quarter, Creighton (8-2) caught fire to outscore the Shockers 32-13 and seize a 56-46 win over Wichita State on Saturday. Jaylyn Agnew and Tatum Rembao tied for the team lead with 17 points, while Payton Brotzki contributed 11 points off the bench. The difference in the game was the three-point line as Creighton finished the game 12-of-33 (33.3 %) from long range, while Wichita State was 0-for-13 (0.0 %).

Cincinnati 85, Xavier 78 
Xavier dropped an 85-78 contest vs Cincinnati in the Skyline Chili Crosstown Shootout on Saturday afternoon at Cintas Center. Xavier (1-8) had its sixth highest home crowd in program history as 5,180 fans were in attendance. Cincinnati led by as many as 14 points before the Musketeers battled back to take a two-point lead in the fourth quarter. The Bearcats closed the game on a 17-8 run to pull off their second straight win in the series. Freshman Morgan Sharps led three Musketeers in double figures with a career-high 24 points. The guard was 9-for-15 from the floor and 6-for-12 from behind the arc. The six 3-pointers are the most in a game since March 5, 2016 (Aliyah Zantt - six 3-pointers vs Butler). Sharps also had five rebounds and two assists.

Rider 65, Georgetown 64 
Ten ties and 23 lead changes ended in favor of the visiting Broncs. Three Hoyas finished with 12 point apiece, including Brianna Jones who grabbed five rebounds and added two assists. Tatiana Thompson collected a game-high 11 rebounds. The lead traded hands six times in the final 94 seconds alone, as Marvellous Osagie-Erese, Taylor Barnes and Thompson all gave GU the lead throughout the final moments. Rider took a one-point edge with eight seconds left as Georgetown’s game-winning attempt with time expiring was off the mark.
