Head coach Doug Bruno earns his 700th win at DePaul as the 16th-ranked Blue Demons edge RV/RV Northwestern 70-68.

Head coach Doug Bruno became the 11th active Division I head coach to join the 700-win club on Sunday as the Blue Demons won a back-and-forth battle in Evanston on Sunday afternoon. The contest was separated by no more than two possessions for the final 13-plus minutes, with Sonya Morris giving DePaul what proved to be the game-winning points with 43 seconds left. Morris finished 22, while Chante Stonewall scored a game-high 25. Kelly Campbell dished 11 assists. Bruno becomes the second active BIG EAST coach to reach the 700-win mark, joining Villanova’s Harry Perretta. Bruno's overall career win total stands at 740 including his 40 victories in two seasons heading up the Chicago Hustle women's pro team.

UNLV 79, St. John’s 75 (OT)
After trading blows with UNLV for the first 40 minutes, St. John's came up short in overtime, falling to the Lady Rebels, 79-75, on Sunday at Cox Pavilion. Leilani Correa recorded a career-high 20 points for the Red Storm, knocking down all 12 of her attempts from the charity stripe. The rookie guard also registered eight boards and three steals against the Lady Rebels. Alissa Alston had another solid performance for the Johnnies, notching the first double-double of her Red Storm career with 11 points and 10 boards.

Robert Morris 71, Xavier 57
The Musketeers outscored Robert Morris, 40-29, in the second half, but couldn't overcome a first-half deficit plagued by turnovers. The Colonials scored 21 points off of 16 Musketeer turnovers in the first half to take a 42-17 advantage into the locker room. The Colonials finished the game scoring 31 points off of 26 Xavier turnovers. Sophomore Carrie Gross led Xavier with 10 points on 3-for-5 shooting. She was also 4-for-4 from the foul line and had two steals. Xavier held a 41-25 advantage on the glass, led by juniors A'riana Gray and Deja Ross who both pulled down seven. Carrie Gross also had six rebounds.

A light early half of the week sees the conclusion of the Providence-Yale tilt on Tuesday at 5 p.m. The Friars were leading 42-33 at halftime on Nov. 5 when the scoreboard malfunctioned at John J. Lee Amphitheater and the game was suspended. PC is the lone remaining unbeaten BIG EAST squad at 5-0. Full-game action begins on Wednesday when Villanova and Creighton return to the court. The Wildcats will look to stretch their win streak to four games when it visits Drexel at 5 p.m., while the Bluejays eye their fifth-straight win when they travel to RV/RV South Dakota at 8 p.m. Thursday features the first nationally televised game for a BIG EAST squad this season as Seton Hall hosts future conference member No. 4/4 Connecticut at 6:30 p.m. The game will air live on FS1.
