NEW YORK – The BIG EAST Conference announced three adjustments to the women’s basketball schedule, which includes a change in date and the addition of two games.
 
No. 3/5 UConn will now play its BIG EAST opener at Seton Hall on Dec. 15. Tipoff on SNY is set for 6:30 p.m. ET. The two were originally scheduled to play on Dec. 17.
 
The Huskies have also added a Dec. 17 home tilt against Creighton. This game will air on SNY at 6:30 p.m. The Bluejays will remain on the East Coast and face Villanova on Dec. 19 at 1 p.m. This game will stream live on the BIG EAST Digital Network presented by SoFi, available on FloSports. Creighton did not have previously scheduled dates with Villanova or UConn during this first portion of the BIG EAST schedule.
 
Butler was previously scheduled to face UConn on Dec. 15 and Creighton on Dec. 19, but the Bulldogs announced a pause in team activities yesterday, due to COVID protocols.
