Seton Hall 65, Villanova 63
With two seconds remaining, Shadeen Samuels grabbed an offensive rebound off of a missed free throw and scored to give the Pirates the go-ahead basket and the Sunday afternoon road victory. Seton Hall trailed by nine after three quarters and went on an 11-1 run to begin the final frame. Samuels poured in a team-high 25 points while grabbing seven rebounds. Mary Gedaka led VU with a game-high 26 points to go along with seven rebounds and four assists. The Hall dominated the paint outscoring Villanova, 42-26.

11/12 DePaul 93, Providence 71
DePaul returned to the win column with a 93-71 decision over visiting Providence behind Kelly Campbell’s second career triple-double (12 points, 11 rebounds, 13 assists). Sonya Morris led the Blue Demons offensively shooting 75 percent from the field and scoring a game-high 21 points. DePaul assisted on 85 percent of its field goals and forced 25 PC turnovers on the day. Four Providence players scored in double figures led by 15 points from Channell Williams. The Blue Demons improved to 20-3 on the year, marking the 13
th consecutive season they’ve reached the 20-win mark.

St. John's 74, Georgetown 68
In a back-to-forth contest, Tiana England’s 20-point, 10-rebound, six-assist performance led St. John’s to a 74-68 victory at Georgetown. After trailing by four at halftime, the Red Storm used a 10-4 run late in the third quarter to take a 51-49 advantage. Freshman Emma Nolan added 12 points while Kadaja Bailey chipped in with 10. The Johnnies won the points in the paint battle, 28-14. Georgetown saw four players score in double figures with Taylor Barnes leading all scorers with 22 points while Anita Kelava turned in a double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds.

Marquette 52, Creighton 50
Lauren Van Kleunen’s hook shot with .7 seconds remaining sealed a 52-50 victory for Marquette over Creighton at the Al McGuire Center. The Golden Eagles have won five and a row and eight of their last nine contests to improve to 17-5 overall and 8-2 in BIG EAST action. After trailing by 13 at halftime, MU outscored the Bluejays 19-4 in the third period to gain the advantage. Selena Lott led the Golden Eagles with 15 points and eight rebounds while Jordan King finished with 11 points and Van Kleunen with 10. Temi Carda led all scorers with 20 points to lead Creighton while Jaylyn Agnew returned to the lineup for the first time since Jan. 17 to score five points and grab six boards.
