NEW YORK – The BIG EAST Conference has announced the Providence women’s basketball games against Creighton (Jan. 20) and DePaul (Jan. 23) have been postponed. The Friars, whose game against Villanova on Jan. 13 was postponed earlier today, announced a pause in team activities due to COVID-19 related issues within its program.
 
Additionally, out of an abundance of caution, tomorrow’s Seton Hall at UConn game has been postponed. UConn faced Providence last Saturday, Jan. 9.
 
No additional makeup dates have been announced.
