Marquette 59, Milwaukee 51  
The Golden Eagles scored a wire-to-wire win at cross-town foe Milwaukee Wednesday night as Lauren Van Kleunen scored a career-high 25 points off 12-of-20 shooting. Chloe Marotta notched her second double-double of the season with 13 points and a game-high 10 rebounds. Marquette (7-2, 2-0 BIG EAST) led by as many as 17, shooting .444 on the night and outrebounding Milwaukee by a 38-29 margin. The same night Van Kleunen established a career best in points, she set the program record for games played, taking the court for the 135th time in a Marquette uniform.

Providence 59, Brown 43  
Trailing 17-11 with 2:29 left in the first quarter, Providence (5-5, 1-1 BIG EAST) went on an 12-0 run spanning into the second quarter to take a 23-17 lead. The Friars never trailed from that point forward to score the road win on Wednesday evening. PC outscored Brown 30-12 between the second and third quarters to maintain a double-digit advantage from late in the first half on. Three Friars finished in double figures, including a 14-point, 10-rebound double-double for Jania Crooms, who was also two assists shy of a triple-double. PC shot above 40-percent from the field for the fourth time in its last five games, finishing with a .436 clip, while outrebounding the Bears by a season-high 21-board margin.

Xavier 82, Niagara 78  
Freshman Aanaya Harris led four Musketeers in double figures on Wednesday afternoon, scoring a season-high 20 points as Xavier topped Niagara, 82-78, in non-conference action at Cintas Center. The game was the team's annual Kids' Day game with an announced attendance of 2,268. Harris was 9-of-10 from the floor and added four rebounds and four assists. Xavier (4-5, 0-2 BIG EAST) led by 13 with under five minutes to play in the fourth before Niagara got within three with 73 seconds left. Mackayla Scarlett and Mikayla Hayes got the Musketeers back in front by seven, which proved to be enough of a cushion to score the win. Xavier shot a season-high .596 on the afternoon and outrebounded Niagara by a 44-33 margin.
