Marquette 88, RV/- DePaul 85 OT
It was yet another classic in the longstanding rivalry as the Golden Eagles overcame the disappointment of a waved off what-they-thought-was-game-winner at the buzzer to prevail in overtime against DePaul Wednesday night in Milwaukee. The game featured six ties and 16 lead changes, with the lead swapping hands five times in the final three minutes of regulation alone. Playing in their first DePaul-Marquette game, Blue Demons freshman Aneesah Morrow tallied 21 points and a game-high 17 rebounds, while Golden Eagles graduate student transfer Karissa McLaughlin led all scorers with 24 points. McLaughlin scored 11 of the team's 15 overtime points, including an 8-for-8 performance from the free throw line in the extra period, to help secure the win. Marquette improved to 10-4 overall and 3-2 in BIG EAST play, while DePaul moved to 12-4 overall and 4-1 in conference action.

Seniors Olivia Nelson-Ododa and Christyn Williams scored 19 points apiece and freshman Caroline Ducharme added 18 as the 10^th-ranked Huskies (8-3, 3-0) remained perfect in BIG EAST play Wednesday night at Hinkle Fieldhouse. UConn matched its season high with 11 made three-pointers, including three apiece for Williams and Ducharme. Celena Taborn, the national leader in field goal percentage, led Butler (1-12, 0-4) with 13 points off 6-of-8 shooting.
