BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Marlon de Bruijne, Old Dominion, Jr., F (Den Bosch, Netherlands)
De Bruijne scored three goals in a pair of outings over the weekend. On Friday against Georgetown, she put the game away with a tally in the fourth quarter of 2-0 win. In the Monarchs’ non-conference affair on Sunday against Delaware, de Bruijne scored two goals, including the game winner. On the year, she leads the conference with 5.00 shots per game and ranks second in points per game (2.09).

BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Ciara Weets, Georgetown, Gr., GK (Springfield, Va.)
Weets was in peak form in Georgetown’s lone match over the weekend, registering a season-high 15 saves in a 2-0 setback against No. 12 Old Dominion. Weets was dominant in the cage, denying 15 out of 16 penalty corner attempts by the Monarchs. In the fourth quarter alone, the fifth-year senior made eight saves. In four conference games, Weets is registering 11.25 saves per game, more than double the amount of saves as second-place. Overall, she has registered 95 saves on the year, with her 7.31 saves per game average ranking fifth in the nation.

BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Jamijn Damman, UConn, Fr., M (Emmeloord, Netherlands)
Damman took care of business on both ends of the turf against Quinnipiac, leading the Huskies to a 4-1 win on Friday. On the offensive end, Damman sealed the victory with back-to-back goals, capping the weekend with four points. Damman was also part of a defense that limited Quinnipiac to just two shots on goal, including zero shots in the second half.

BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll
Charlotte Vaanhold, Sr., F, Liberty
Vaanhold led Liberty with a game-high two goals in a 5-0 win over Villanova on Friday in BIG EAST play. On the year, Vaanhold is tied-for-second on the squad with eight goals and is fourth in points with 18.
 
Azul Iritxity Irigoyen, Jr., GK, Liberty
Iritxity Irigoyen posted nine saves and a 1.00 goals-against-average in Liberty’s win over Villanova and setback against No. 7 Louisville. The junior collected her sixth shutout of the season and the team’s eighth shutout of the year in a 5-0 win. On Sunday versus the Cardinals, Iritixity Irigoyen set a new season high with eight saves in the contest.
 
Cam MacGillivray, Gr., GK, Old Dominion
MacGillivray registered a shutout on Friday against Georgetown, her third of the season. On Sunday against Delaware, she made five saves in a 5-1 triumph.
 
Molly Frey, Sr., GK, Temple
Frey corralled three saves in the 2-1 shootout victory over Providence Friday afternoon, while also successfully defending the Friars’ lone penalty corner. In the shootout, Frey acted as a brick wall in goal, denying three of the Friars’ shot attempts.
 
Tess Muller, So., M/F, Temple
Muller scored the equalizer against Providence Friday afternoon to force overtime. After neither team could find the back of the cage in extra time, Muller was crucial in the shootout making her attempt, as Temple won 2-1 (3-1).
