The Red Storm capitalized on an 11-0 run over the final 4:20 to claim a tight-knit contest with the Owls and move to 3-0 on the season for the first time since 2018. The second-half push was led by a dominant performance from Rayven Peeples, who posted 18 points and matched a career high of 17 rebounds to tally her fifth career double-double. The Red Storm shot .433 from the field and edged Temple on the glass, 38-36, while forcing 19 Owl turnovers.

Georgetown 50, Coppin State 35
The Hoyas opened the game on a 20-3 run and never looked back, holding a double-digit lead from the 2:41 mark of the opening quarter. Kristina Moore led Georgetown in scoring with 14 points off 6-of-12 shooting, while Jada Claude (13) and Graceann Bennett (10) joined her in double figures. Georgetown was outrebounded by Coppin State 42-39, and the GU defense forced 19 Eagle turnovers.
