BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Daniella Rhodes, Liberty, Sr., F (Durban, South Africa)
Rhodes spearheaded Liberty’s offense to a pair of victories over the weekend. Overall, the senior registered eight points on three goals and two assists against then-No. 9 Connecticut and Longwood. On Friday at UConn, Rhodes recorded six points (2 g, 1 a) in the 4-0 win. She scored Liberty’s second goal of the day at the 16:59 mark on a penalty corner and went on score the fourth goal of the day for the Lady Flames on a penalty corner as time expired at the end of the third quarter. On Sunday against Longwood, Rhodes broke a scoreless tie at the 46:05 mark with her eighth goal of the season. Rhodes also assisted on Martu Cian’s goal in the 53rd minute in an eventual 3-0 win. With Rhodes’ three-point (1 g, 1 a) game on Sunday, she moved into second place all-time in program history in career points with 136 (53 g, 30 a). Rhodes leads the team in goals (8), assists (7) and points (23) for a Liberty squad which is first in the nation in goals per game (4.56), scoring average (4.49), scoring margin (3.72) and assists per game (4.11).

BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Azul Iritxity Irigoyen, Liberty, Jr., GK (Buenos Aires, Argentina)
Iritxity Irigoyen acted as a brick wall in goal for the Lady Flames, leading Liberty to a pair of shut out wins. Overall, she posted a 0.00 GAA and made seven saves in the pair of victories. in Liberty’s 4-0 win over the Huskies, in what was a rematch of last year’s BIG EAST Championship final, the junior goalkeeper made five saves in the win. On Sunday versus the Longwood Lancers, she recorded a two-save shutout, her fourth shutout of the season. She now has 13 career shutouts, which ranks second in program history. Overall, all six of Liberty’s victories this year have been in shutout fashion, with the Lady Flames outscoring their opposition 39-0 in those games. She currently ranks fourth nationally in goals-against-average (0.83), while Liberty leads the nation in shutouts per game (0.67).
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Sanci Molkenboer, Old Dominion, Fr., D (The Netherlands)
Making her fourth appearance on the back line for Old Dominion, Molkenboer helped lead the Monarchs to a 1-0 mark on the week with a 6-1 win over Quinnipiac. Leading 3-0 in the contest, Molkenboar was aided by Courtney Lynch and Marlon de Bruijne to give ODU the 4-0 lead heading into halftime. The goal scored by the freshman marked the first of her collegiate career.
BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll
Delphine Le Jeune, Sr., D/M, Old Dominion
Le Jeune had two goals in the win over Quinnipiac on Friday. She scored the first two goals of the game, the first being on a penalty stroke and the second on an assist from Marlon de Bruijne. She also added an assist in the outing, finishing the weekend with five points.
Ally DeCoste, Jr., F, Providence
DeCoste tallied three points for the Friars in a 1-0 week for Providence. She notched the first goal of the game, proving to be the game winner, just 1:21 into match. DeCoste later picked up an assist on the Friars’ fourth goal of the afternoon. Through two conference games, DeCoste leads the league in points (eight), points per game (4.0), goals (three) and goals per game (1.5).
Asia Porter, Jr., GK, Providence
Porter earned her first shutout victory of the season in a 4-0 win over Georgetown on Friday. She made four saves in the game and also recorded a save on a penalty stroke early in the third quarter to maintain the clean sheet.
Emma Leppert, So., GK, Villanova
Leppert was the starting goalkeeper in both games, leading Villanova to a double overtime win against Temple and an overtime victory against La Salle. She had 14 saves in the pair of outings, including eight against Temple, while capping the weekend with a 0.778 save percentage.
Maggie Mick, Sr., F, Villanova
Mick capped the weekend with two goals, including the game winner in double overtime against Temple. Against La Salle, she registered the tying goal to force overtime in an eventual 3-2 win.
