Villanova 53, Georgetown 51 OT
BIG EAST leading scorer Lucy Olsen had 28 points, including eight of the Wildcats’ nine points in overtime, as Villanova edged Georgetown 53-51 in OT on Wednesday afternoon. Olsen added nine rebounds, three steals and two assists, leading the Wildcats (10-5, 3-1 BIG EAST) to their fourth straight win. The Hoyas (12-4, 2-3) were led by Brianna Scott, who tallied 13 points and a game-high 13 rebounds. GU tied the game at 44-44 with 2:55 to go in the fourth when Graceann Bennett scored on an offensive rebound put back. Each team had chances to win the game in regulation, but Vilanova went 0-for-4 from the field and 0-for-2 from the foul line in the final 2:55, while Georgetown was 0-for-2 with two turnovers. Overtime saw five lead changes and three ties, with Olsen leading Villanova to the win.

Ashlynn Shade scored 17 points while KK Arnold had 16 points and eight of UConn's season-high 20 steals as the Huskies (13-3, 5-0) defeated Providence (8-9, 2-2) in Hartford on Wednesday night, 85-41. It was 13
th-ranked UConn’s ninth straight win, as the Huskies remain the lone unbeaten team in BIG EAST play. Brynn Farrell led Providence with 12 points, while Olivia Olsen grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds.

22/21 Creighton 89, Butler 53
The Bluejays posted their highest scoring output since Dec. 17, scoring an 89-53 home win over Butler on Wednesday night. Emma Ronsiek led all scorers with 25 points, going 10-of-14 from the field as Creighton (12-3, 3-2) won for the fifth time in its last six outings. Rachel Kent led Butler (8-7, 0-4) with 10 points and five rebounds. The Bluejays led by two, 24-22, midway through the second quarter before going on a 13-1 run to build up a double-digit advantage they would maintain the rest of the way.
