Georgetown pulled away in the second half, improving to 3-0 on the season. The Hoyas were led by KJ Lewis, who recorded his first collegiate double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Vince Iwuchukwu came off the bench to score 17 points and grab six boards, while Malik Mack added 13.

Chase Ross led the Golden Eagles with 19 points and Ben Gold had 11 points and nine rebounds - his fourth game with at least eight rebounds this season. Marquette used a 32-9 run over the final 10 minutes of the first half to put the game out of reach. Marquette's defensive efforts limited Little Rock to 49 points - the lowest point total by a MU opponent since 2016.
