BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Ava Martin, Sr., OH, Creighton
Martin led the BIG EAST in points (5.69/set) and kills (5.25/set) on .438 hitting as Creighton picked up victories over DePaul and Marquette to remain undefeated in league play. The senior contributed 12 kills, four digs, and an ace while hitting .375 in Friday’s sweep of the Blue Demons. She then recorded a career-high 30 kills on .464 hitting, adding 10 digs for a double-double, in Saturday’s 3-2 victory over the Golden Eagles.

BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Rashanny Solano Smith, Jr., L, St. John’s
Solano Smith averaged a conference-high 5.00 digs per set as St. John’s enjoyed a 2-0 weekend with victories over UConn (3-1) and Providence (3-2). The junior contributed a match-high 21 digs with four assists, one kill, and one service ace against the Huskies. Versus the Friars, she once again led the match with 24 digs while dishing out seven assists and an ace.

BIG EAST Setter of the Week
Macy Hatkevich, Jr., S, Xavier
Hatkevich distributed a league-leading 11.17 assists per set while contributing 2.67 digs and 1.00 block per set as the Musketeers secured two sweeps this weekend. Against Villanova, the junior contributed a match-high 35 assists with eight digs, three blocks, three kills, and one ace. Against Georgetown, Hatkevich dished out a match-best 32 assists while logging eight digs, four kills, three blocks, and an ace. Her efforts set the Musketeers to a season-high .375 hitting against the Hoyas.

BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
McKinley Boehm, RS-Fr., MB, Xavier
Boehm led the BIG EAST in blocks (2.00/set) and hitting percentage (.556) while averaging 3.00 kills per set as Xavier picked up a pair of victories without relinquishing a set. Against Villanova, she contributed nine kills and seven blocks on .500 hitting, helping the Musketeers hold the Wildcats to a season-low .078 hitting. Versus Georgetown, she logged nine kills on a career-high .615 hitting with five blocks.

Ward averaged 3.88 kills per set this weekend, leading the Bulldogs past Georgetown on Friday with 13 kills on .444 hitting.
Emma Werkmeister, Sr., OH, UConn
Werkmeister averaged 4.71 kills per set while hitting .351, adding 2.57 digs per set over a 1-1 weekend.
Annalea Maeder, Sr., S, Creighton
Maeder contributed 11.00 assists, 2.25 digs, and 0.62 kills per set during the Bluejays’ undefeated weekend. Her season-best 59 assists against Marquette set Creighton to a five-set program-best .370 hitting.
Isabela Haggard, Fr., S, Marquette
Haggard averaged 8.78 assists and 3.78 digs per set as Marquette split the weekend on the road.
Erin Jones, Sr., S/RS, St. John’s
Jones contributed 9.89 assists, 3.22 digs, and 1.78 kills per set, producing a pair of double-doubles as the Red Storm registered two victories this weekend. Against Providence (3-2), Jones notched a career-high 55 assists with 13 digs and seven kills.
