UConn-St. John’s to play at Madison Square Garden
St. John’s will host #1 UConn at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, March 1. The game will tip off at 7 p.m. on TNT/truTV. The two teams will meet at MSG for the first time in a decade. The game marks the Johnnies’ third-straight season playing at the arena and the first-ever standalone game. The Huskies are 6-0 at MSG since 2000, while the Johnnies hold an 11-7 record at the arena. UConn has a 52-18 advantage in the all-time series against St. John’s.
