MBB Minute: UConn won its eighth straight on Sunday, moving to 12-1 and 2-0 in BIG EAST play with a hard-fought win at DePaul.  A trio of BIG EAST teams are in action on ESPN+, closing out their respective non-conference slates.

UConn 72, DePaul 54 - Box Score 
Alex Karaban led all scorers with 21 points as No. 5/5 UConn battled back from an early deficit to win at DePaul.  The Huskies trailed by eight (15-7) midway through the opening frame as the Blue Demons scored 14 points off seven early UConn turnovers.  UConn erased the deficit with a 15-5 push over the next five-plus minutes and led 33-30 at the break.  On the heels of a 7-2 run to open the second stanza, UConn extended its lead to as many as 18 (52-36) with 10:53 to go.  UConn got a double-double from Tarris Reed Jr. with 14 points and 11 rebounds and a full stat line from Silas Demary Jr. - 13 points, eight assists, seven rebounds, and two blocks.  DePaul was led by Layden Blocker's 11 points and three assists, while Kruz McClure added 10 points off the bench.  Six Blue Demons tallied at least seven points.
