Sabou Gueye dropped a career-high 23 points with eight rebounds, six steals, three blocks and one assist. Orlagh Gormley scored a career-high 15 points and added seven boards, six assists and four steals. Ashley Dinges scored double digits in her fourth-straight game with 12 points. Khia Miller and Cristen Carter both scored 13 points apiece for Georgetown. Nine of Miller’s points came from her 9-for-9 showing at the free throw line. Carter scored the game-tying basket off an inbound pass from Brianna Byars with two seconds left to send the game to overtime at 59-59. The Friars went on a 7-0 run to open overtime, while the Hoyas only scored with 1:17 left to play.
