MBB Minute: Seton Hall returned to the mainland and used strong outside shooting to down Central Connecticut, moving to 8-1 - the program's best start since the 2021-22 season.  Georgetown reached the 90-point mark for the second time this season in a win over UMBC.

Seton Hall 77, Central Connecticut 61 - Box Score 
Budd Clark registered a double-double with 10 points and 12 assists, leading the way for the Pirates over CCSU at Walsh Gymnasium.  The Pirates connected on 55% of its shots from the outside, making 11-of-20 attempts.  SHU's defensive pressure forced 15 turnovers, translating to 29 points.  Mike Williams and AJ Staton-McCray scored 12 points apiece while Tajuan Simpkins added 10 points off the bench in the win.

Georgetown 90, UMBC 81 - Box Score 
All five starters reached double-digits in the scoring column as Georgetown moved to 6-2 with a win over UMBC.  Caleb Williams led the Hoyas with 18 points to go with eight rebounds, while KJ Lewis had 17 points, five boards and four assists.  Georgetown used a 17-0 run early in the second half to break the game open.  The Hoyas - led by seven from Malik Mack - registered a season-high 25 assists on 36 made field goals.
