2025 BIG EAST Indoor Track and Field Championships Presented by JEEP Begin Friday

CHICAGO – The 2025 BIG EAST Indoor Track and Field Championships presented by JEEP get underway Friday at the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track and Field Center. Connecticut enters the weekend as the three-time reigning champions on both the men's and women's side. The Huskies will be looking to earn their 13th title for the men and their sixth for the women. 
Action begins at 11 a.m. CT on Friday with the first events of the heptathlon, followed by the start of pentathlon events at 11:30 a.m. Field events start at 1 p.m., and races begin at 1:45 p.m. 

Friday's running events will be trials in addition to the 5,000-meters and distance medley relay finals.
Field events, races and the final events of the heptathlon all begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Races begin with the unseeded section of the 3,000 meters. Starting with the mile at 11:30 a.m., all running events will be medal runs, commencing with the awards ceremony at 3:10 p.m. 

The BIG EAST Digital Network on FloSports presented by Invesco QQQ will be live from Chicago this Friday and Saturday for the Indoor Track and Field Championships. Johnny Gadamowitz and Kacy Standohar will provide two full days of coverage starting at 1:30 p.m. CT on Friday and 11 a.m. on Saturday. 

On Wednesday following the championship, the all-conference team will be announced. The all-conference team includes all top three finishers in the meet.
