BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Ella Hansson, Xavier, Sr., F
Hansson matched her season high with six points on three goals after posting her second hat trick of the year in the 9-0 win over Villanova. The senior’s first goal of the day was her second game-winner of the season. Xavier's nine goals were the most goals in a game since 1992, when Xavier took a 10-0 win over Loyola Chicago. The nine-goal margin of victory also matches that game as the largest for the Musketeers since 1992.
BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Lucia Englund, Butler, Jr., D
Englund played the full 90 minutes in the defensive line in the 3-1 victory over Providence, scoring the go-ahead and game-winning goal in the 43rd minute and then assisting on a third goal.
BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week
Kayla Bower, St. John’s, Sr., GK
Bower set career-highs in saves in both matches against Providence and Seton Hall last week. Bowe racked up six saves in the 1-1 draw versus the Friars before logging a personal best seven stops in a shutout effort at Seton Hall.
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Alyssa Carlson, Butler, Fr., F
Carlson scored Butler’s only goal in the 1-1 draw with DePaul and then scored her second goal of the week in the 3-1 victory over Providence at the 21:08 mark.

Larouche assisted on all four goals scored by Butler in the draw with DePaul and the 3-1 victory over Providence.
Maddie Iro, DePaul, So., GK
In her first career start for DePaul, Iro anchored the Blue Demon defense with five saves, including multiple late stops to preserve the draw versus Butler.
Lizzie Heller, Georgetown, So., M
Heller had five points in a 2-0 week for the Hoyas. She tallied a pair of assists in the 3-1 win at Seton Hall, and added a goal and an assist in the 2-0 victory against UConn at home. Her points were the first of the season.
Jocelyn Leigh, Marquette, So., F
Leigh scored her team-leading fifth goal in the 1-1 draw at Creighton. The sophomore forward has scored in five of the team's last seven matches.
Telma Steindórsdóttir, St. John’s, So., D
Steindórsdóttir recorded her first-career goal with an equalizing penalty kick with 0.9 seconds remaining in the first half against Providence. On Saturday, she anchored the backline to a 0-0 shutout against Seton Hall.
