Creighton had four players score double digits – Kennedy Townsend (18), Ava Zediker (17), Grace Boffeli (14), and Neleigh Gessert (14). PC went on a 5-0 run for a 73-67 lead with under a minute left. Creighton got within three points (78-75) and forced a turnover with 36 seconds left, but didn’t connect on a three-point attempt. Gormley hit a pair of free throws with 20 seconds left to seal the win.

Khia Miller led Georgetown with 21 points on 8-for-10 shooting. Destiny Agubata recorded her second career double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Agubata also led the team in assists (5) and steals (3). Brianna Scott and Cristen Carter both contributed 10 points each. Georgetown’s defense was relentless in the first quarter as the Hoyas held Marquette scoreless until the 1:30 mark. The Hoyas outscored the Golden Eagles 41-18 in the first half. Marquette’s Lee Volker finished with a team-high 16 points and eight rebounds. Jaidynn Mason scored 12 points, along with three rebounds, two assists, and four steals. The Golden Eagles struggled offensively, shooting a season-low 19% from three.

Jordana Codio scored a career-high 22 points, to go with six rebounds, five assists, two blocks and two steals. Zahara Bishop scored a career-best 21 points on 80% shooting. Michelle Ojo had a team-high 17 points, followed by 16 points from Kate Novik for DePaul. Ally Timm went 4-for-9 from the three-point line to finish with 15 points. Devin Hagemann rounded out the double-digit scorers for DePaul with a season-high 13 points.

BIG EAST to Provide Public Availability Reports for Men's and Women's Basketball
Beginning in the 2025-26 season, the BIG EAST Conference will provide public reports on the availability of student-athletes in conference games for the sports of men's and women's basketball. BIG EAST schools will be required to submit availability reports three hours before the scheduled tipoff time. Under the reporting structure, players will be designated as "questionable" or "out." Availability reports will be posted on the BIG EAST website throughout the 2025-26 season.
