Sarah Strong led the way with 18 points, 11 rebounds, three assists, three steals, and three blocks as UConn snapped a three-game losing streak against Notre Dame. In her 59th career game, Strong eclipsed the 1,000-career points mark, becoming the third fastest player in program history to do so, after Maya Moore and Paige Bueckers, who accomplished the feat in 55 career games. KK Arnold finished with 12 points on 4-for-7 shooting, to go with five assists and two steals, while Azzi Fudd scored 15 points. Serah Williams had 11 points and eight rebounds, and Ashlynn Shade chipped in 10 points, four boards and four assists. UConn’s defense limited Notre Dame’s top scorer, Hannah Hildalgo, to 16 points, including zero in the first quarter.

BIG EAST to Provide Public Availability Reports for Men's and Women's Basketball
Beginning in the 2025-26 season, the BIG EAST Conference will provide public reports on the availability of student-athletes in conference games for the sports of men's and women's basketball. BIG EAST schools will be required to submit availability reports three hours before the scheduled tipoff time.  Under the reporting structure, players will be designated as "questionable" or "out."  Availability reports will be posted on the BIG EAST website throughout the 2025-26 season. Women's Basketball Availability Reports
