BIG EAST Women’s Soccer Weekly Awards Announced (10.19.26)

BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Aliza Mannon, Georgetown, So., F
Mannon scored pivotal goals in each match to give the Hoyas six crucial points late in the season. In the 2-1 win over St. John’s, she scored the equalizer in the first half. Mannon then finished a pass from Isabel Boodell with a right-footed shot into the bottom left corner in the 2-0 win over Butler.

BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Brooklynn Miltenberger, Xavier, Sr., D
Miltenberger scored in the final 10 minutes against Creighton to help Xavier secure a 5-0 victory, keeping the Musketeers unbeaten in BIG EAST play and extending their unbeaten streak to 10 matches. She also picked up a pair of assists on Regan Dancer’s first goal and Reese Sochacki's second-half goal, finishing with four points. Defensively, she played 74 minutes to help limit the Bluejays to five shots overall, matching CU's season low, and just three looks on goal as Xavier picked up its seventh shutout of the season.

BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week
Kate Kleinsmith, Seton Hall, So., GK
Kleinsmith made seven saves and picked up her seventh shutout of the season in Saturday's 1-0 win over Providence. This marked the fourth straight match in which Kleinsmith has made at least six saves, and her seven shutouts this season are tied for the most in the BIG EAST.

BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Katelyn Haiser, DePaul, Fr., F
Haiser scored the game-winning goal in the 1-0 win at UConn, marking her third goal of the season. Before that goal, however, Haiser's shot-taking decisions kept UConn on its toes and set up the 70th-minute goal.

BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll
Mason Hillery, DePaul, Sr., GK
Hillery recorded her fifth shutout of the season with six saves in the 1-0 victory at UConn. She made tremendous plays to redirect the 14 UConn shots that came during the match.

Reiley Fitzpatrick, Georgetown, Gr., GK
Fitzpatrick made six saves for the Hoyas in the 2-0 win at Butler, to mark her fourth shutout of the season.

Kaylin Mallon, Seton Hall, So., F
