NEW YORK – The BIG EAST Esports Invitational Powered by ESL starts Saturday with the first competitions in Rocket League® by Psyonix and League of Legends by Riot Games. The matches are conducted online on ESL play, with the top four teams from each game title moving on to compete in the semifinals and then the finals, which will be broadcasted on Twitch.TV/ESL_rocketleague, Twitch.tv/ESL_lol and the BIG EAST YouTube Channel.
League of Legends semifinals will begin at 11 a.m. ET on Saturday, April 14 and the Rocket League semifinals will begin at 5 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 15.

www.BIGEASTgaming.com. ESL is the world’s largest independent esports company. This pilot program between the BIG EAST and ESL was announced in mid-March 2018.
The competing institutions for the 2018 BIG EAST Esports Invitational Powered by ESL are Butler, DePaul, Marquette, Providence, Seton Hall, Villanova and Xavier. Villanova will be competing only in League of Legends. Xavier will be competing only in Rocket League.
