BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Jill Bolton, Liberty, Sr., F (Souderton, Pa.)
Liberty senior forward Jill Bolton recorded her second career hat trick and had two assists for a career-high eight points in Sunday’s 9-0 non-league win over Davidson. Bolton scored her three goals in the 17th, 25th and 32nd minutes. All three of her goals were unassisted. Bolton attempted a career-high 10 shots in the match, six on cage. Bolton currently leads No. 6 Liberty in points (4) and shares the team lead in assists (12) and is second in goals (14). Nationally, she ranks sixth in points per game (2.67(=).
BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week
Nicole Fredricks, Old Dominion, So., B (West Chester, Pa.)
Old Dominion sophomore Nicole Fredricks was part of a defensive unit that held Quinnipiac without a single shot attempt during regulation in a 3-0 victory for the Monarchs on Friday. Fredricks also contributed offensively as she scored the second two goals of the outing. Both goals came off penalty corners. She scored in the 36th and 55th minutes. The win advanced Old Dominion’s record to 6-3 in conference play.
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
Myrthe Schuilenburg, Temple, Fr., F (Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands)
Temple freshman Myrthe Schuilenburg helped the Owls to a pair of wins against Villanova this weekend, keeping Temple in contention for the fourth BIG EAST Championship berth. Schuilenberg scored the game-winning goal in a 3-2 victory on Sunday to secure the sweep. Schuilenburg’s goal came in the 53rd minute of the contest. She had just two shots for game and came in as a reserve. Temple is 4-8 in the BIG EAST after two wins this weekend.

Charlotte Vaanhold, Liberty
Vaanhold scored three goals, her second hat trick of the season on Sunday in a 9-0 non-league win over Davidson.
Delphine Le Jeune, Old Dominion
Scored the opening goal from the penalty spot in ODU’s 3-0 win over Quinnipiac on Friday. Added a pair of assists as well. Matched a personal best with two assists and four total points.
Nienke Oerlemans, Temple
Oerlemans registered a goal and an assist in the 3-2 win over Villanova on Sunday, securing the Temple sweep. She led the back line that held the Wildcats to nine shots in two games, with just five on target. The Temple defense also successfully defended six of eight penalty corners.
