Offensive Player of the Week
Aubrey Hamilton, MU, Sr., OH
Hamilton led the Golden Eagles to a pair of sweeps over DePaul and No. 15 Creighton. The BIG EAST preseason favorites remain perfect in conference play (6-0) and are the only team undefeated in league competition. On the week, Hamilton hit a combined .364 with 24 kills (4.00/set) across six sets, adding 12 digs (2.00/set) and three blocks. In Wednesday’s midweek matchup versus DePaul, Hamilton hit .346 with 11 kills, nine digs, and a block. During Friday’s sweep of No. 15 Creighton, the senior registered a match-best 13 kills on .379 hitting with an ace, three digs, and two blocks.
 
Defensive Player of the Week
Hattie Bray, MU, Jr., MB
Bray powered a Marquette defense that refused to relinquish a set this week, defeating conference rivals DePaul and No. 15 Creighton in straight sets. She contributed 1.50 blocks per set to a Marquette frontline that averaged 3.00 blocks per frame. Against DePaul, Bray registered a team-high four blocks before producing a match-best five blocks against No. 15 Creighton. Furthermore, Bray hit .343 on the week, highlighted by a ten-kill performance versus No. 15 Creighton on .412 hitting.
  
Freshman of the Week
Rashanny Solano Smith, SJU, Fr., L/DS
Solano Smith led all BIG EAST competitors this week, averaging 6.17 digs per set as St. John’s swept conference competitors Xavier and Butler on the road. On the week, the rookie registered 36 digs to go along with seven assists, two aces, and a pair of kills. Against Xavier, Solano Smith produced 13 digs with two assists, two aces, and a kill over three sets. She went on to explode versus Butler with 24 digs (8.00/set), five assists, and a kill.
 
Honor Roll
Destiny Ndam-Simpson, CU, Fr., OH
Ndam-Simpson averaged 4.50 kills, 1.83 digs, and 0.67 blocks per set as Creighton registered a 1-1 week. Against DePaul (W, 3-0), Ndam-Simpson contributed a season-high 16 kills in addition to seven digs.
  
Sarah Kushner, MU, Gr., L
Kushner averaged 4.67 digs per set in a 2-0 week for Marquette, highlighted by sweeps of DePaul and No. 15 Creighton. The graduate student notched a match-high 16 digs in Friday’s win over the Jays.
Lyric Berry, PC, Fr., MB
Berry recorded 12 blocks and 17 kills as Providence collected a pair of wins this weekend, defeating both Georgetown and Villanova in five sets.
Kiera Booth, VU, Sr., MB
Booth produced 27 kills (3.38/set) on .420 hitting as Villanova defeated UConn, 3-0, before falling to Providence in five (L, 2-3).
 
Delaney Hogan, XU, Sr., MB
Hogan registered 19 kills on .430 hitting with 11 total blocks as Xavier split the weekend with a victory over Seton Hall (W, 3-1) and loss to St. John’s (L, 0-3).
