Isaac Wachsmann, Xavier, So., OF (Centennial, Colo.)
Wachsmann batted .600 through four games last week, helping Xavier to a 3-1. He led the team with nine hits, including three home runs for a 1.200 slugging percentage, while driving in six RBI and scoring five times.
 
BIG EAST Pitcher of the Week
Gabe Van Emon, UConn, Gr., LHP (Lexington, Mass.)
The lefty Husky pitched 5.1 scoreless innings in Saturday’s win over No. 20 Auburn. Van Emon allowed just three hits and one extra base hit, while retiring six batters on the way to UConn’s 8-4 decision.

BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll
Christian Ficca, Georgetown, Sr., 1B
Ficca finished the week batting .526 with 10 hits, two doubles, two home runs, 11 RBI and three runs scored.
Andrew Williams, Georgetown, Jr., LHP
Pitched a 1-0 week with a 1.69 ERA in 5.1 innings of work. The junior struck out eight batters and allowed four just four hits.
Xavier Kolhosser, St. John’s, R-So., RHP
Tossed six shutout innings against Sam Houston on Friday, en route to a 4-0 win. The righty allowed just six hits and no walks, while punching out five batters.
Ryan Reich, Seton Hall, So., RHP
Set a career-high in innings pitched (6.0) and strikeouts (11), in Seton Hall’s win over FIU.
Zach Sylvester, Seton Hall, Sr., INF
Hit .438 (7-for-16) with six runs scored and a team-best eight RBI in a 3-1 week for the Pirates. Reached base on 11 of 20 plate appearances, and defensively he did not commit an error in 13 chances and helped turn out two double plays.
