Paige Bueckers, UConn, R-Jr., G
Bueckers was the BIG EAST’s top scorer last week to help lead the Huskies to a 2-0 week and finish the regular season unbeaten in conference play. The redshirt-junior guard averaged 24.0 points off .643 shooting while adding 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 blocks. Bueckers tied for the single-game high in points last week with 31 in Wednesday’s win over Villanova, marking her fourth 30-point game of the season and 20
th game of at least 20 points. UConn finished BIG EAST play 18-0, becoming the 14
th team in league history to go undefeated and the 11
th time the Huskies achieved the feat.
BIG EAST Freshman of the Week
KK Arnold, Connecticut, Fr., G
Arnold claims her sixth BIG EAST weekly honor of the season after filling the stat sheet with 9.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 3.5 steals and .412 shooting in a 2-0 week for UConn. The freshman guard led all BIG EAST rookies in rebounding, assists and steals, while finishing third in scoring. Arnold tallied seven points, six rebounds, three assists and a game-high four steals against Villanova on Wednesday, before adding 12 points, a game-high seven rebounds, three assists and three steals in Saturday’s win at Providence.

Morgan Maly, Creighton, Sr., G/F – 16.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and .650 shooting in a 2-0 week; 14 points, game-high 12 rebounds at Seton Hall on Sunday for her third double-double of the year
Victoria Rivera, Georgetown, So., G – career-high 18 points in Saturday’s win at Xavier to clinch the No. 6 seed in the BIG EAST Tournament; matched the single-game high in BIG EAST play this season by draining six three-pointers
Ber’Nyah Mayo, St. John’s, Sr., G – game-high 19 points at Marquette as the Red Storm defeated the Golden Eagles to secure the No. 3 seed in the BIG EAST Tournament
Azana Baines, Seton Hall, Grad., G/F – 22.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, .529 shooting in a 1-1 week; back-to-back 20-point games with 22 at Providence and 23 against Creighton
