NEW YORK – The Empire State Building, an icon of New York City, shined its world-famous tour lights in the colors of St. John’s Red, in honor of the 2025 BIG EAST Basketball Tournament Champions Saturday night. Tipping at 6:30 p.m. the BIG EAST Championship final was live FOX. When the final buzzer sounded and the confetti fell, the Empire State Building’s lights glowed in St. John’s red and white to celebrate the Red Storm’s first BIG EAST Tournament Championship in 25 years!
The BIG EAST Conference has been an Empire State Building Lighting Partner dating back to 2011.
